Ready to complete your purchase? Click the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner to review your items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click "Proceed to Checkout." You will be directed to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on a single page.

Please note that once your order has been placed, it can no longer be modified, as we begin processing it immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

What Are the Shipping Costs?

Monsori covers all shipping costs. You will not be charged any shipping fees.

Can I Track My Delivery?

Yes. All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You can monitor the status of your order through our order tracking page.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take some time before tracking information becomes available.

What Are the Delivery Times?

At Monsori, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on business days before 11:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is approximately 6–12 business days*.

What If I Am Not Home During Delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package may be held at a local pickup point for up to 7 days.

You will receive a notification from the carrier containing the pickup location details. If the package is not collected within this period, it may be returned to our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which means there is only a limited window of time to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Monsori is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your Track & Trace information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 14 days of the indicated delivery date.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
