1. Returns Within 100 Days

At Monsori, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we offer a 100-day return policy. You may return the product within 100 days of receiving it.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • All accessories, manuals, and any complimentary gifts included with the product must be returned.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials.

  • Please complete and include the return form with the returned product.

If the returned product shows defects, damage, or signs of use that were not previously reported to Monsori by the customer, this may affect the customer's right to a full refund. In accordance with Dutch law, Monsori reserves the right to issue a partial refund where the product has suffered a demonstrable loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team. They will provide you with further instructions and guide you through the return process.

Please note that, depending on the product, returns may need to be sent to our overseas return facility in Asia.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the courier service chosen. For example, return shipping through PostNL may cost approximately €20.00.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to prevent loss or damage during transit.

Returns sent to any address other than the return address provided by our customer support team will not be eligible for reimbursement.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send a replacement product;

  • Arrange a repair;

  • Issue a full or partial refund.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Please note that certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, safety regulations, or other legal restrictions.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Earrings;

  • Piercings;

  • Underwear;

  • Bras;

  • Swimwear;

  • Earbuds or earphones;

  • Cosmetics;

  • Personal care products;

  • Opened consumable products such as cleaning products.
